General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope
(1) All business relationships between lefi Food UG (limited liability) (hereinafter "Provider" or "we") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") via the online shop at www.lektinfrei-shop.de are governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order. (2) For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an order ( invitatio ad offerendum ). Errors excepted. (2) By clicking the "Buy" button (or a corresponding, clearly worded option), you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. (3) The purchase agreement is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within 5 days. An automatic confirmation of receipt via email does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
§ 4 Right of withdrawal
(1) Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. (2) Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the provider's cancellation policy.
(3) Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to opened food packaging (e.g. pasta, flour, food supplements) whose seal has been removed by the customer.
§ 5 Prices and shipping costs
(1) The prices listed on the product pages are final prices. (2) Note regarding VAT: Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged and therefore not shown. (3) In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery:

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €69.00.

Shipping to Austria is currently only available upon individual request. Please contact us by email before placing your order.

§ 6 Delivery conditions
(1) Delivery is only available within Germany (and to Austria upon request). (2) Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment). (3) If the ordered product is unavailable because our supplier has failed to deliver it to us through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, offer you a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will promptly refund any payments already made.

When selecting a payment method processed through an external payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, Stripe/Shopify Payments), the terms of service of the respective payment provider also apply. Your account will be debited depending on the chosen payment method. For purchases on account via Klarna, the invoice amount is payable to Klarna.
§ 8 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§ 9 Warranty and Liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply. (2) We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents:

in case of injury to life, body or health,

in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

in the case of warranty promises, if agreed upon,

(3) Insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is applicable. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), caused by slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, our liability is limited to the amount of the foreseeable damage that typically arises at the time of conclusion of the contract. Otherwise , claims for damages are excluded.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
(1) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/c consumers/odr/ (2) We are not required to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board . obligated and not willing.
