Shipping & Delivery

We ship our lectin-free products securely by mail directly to your home. Alternatively, you can pick up your order in person from us.

1. Shipping costs & delivery area

  • Germany:

    • We charge a flat rate of €5.99 for postal delivery.

    • Free shipping: We cover the shipping costs for orders over €69.00 .

  • Austria:

    • Shipping to Austria is currently only available upon individual request. Please email us before placing your order at: office@lektinfrei-shop.de .

2. Self-collection (Free)

Do you live near Stelzenberg? You are welcome to pick up your order in person and save on shipping costs.

  • To do this, simply select the "Collection" option in the checkout area.

  • Procedure: As soon as your order is packed and ready for pickup, we will send you an email. Since we don't have a traditional store with fixed opening hours, we will arrange a short pickup time with you in this email.

  • Pick-up address: lefi Food UG, Römerweg, 67705 Stelzenberg.

3. Delivery times

  • Shipping: Delivery within Germany takes 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your order (in case of prepayment: after receipt of payment).

  • Collection: The goods are usually ready for collection within 1–3 working days.

Payment terms

In our shop we offer you a variety of secure payment options. Simply choose the method that is most convenient for you.

1. Credit & Debit Cards We accept the following cards:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • maestro

  • UnionPay

Your account will usually be debited upon completion of the order.

2. Express Checkout (Wallets) For particularly fast processing, you can use the following services:

  • PayPal: You will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay: Pay quickly and securely with your stored data via your smartphone or browser.

3. Purchase on account / Installment purchase (Klarna) In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you the option of purchasing on account or in installments. Payment processing is handled entirely by Klarna. Please note that payment must also be made to Klarna (you will receive the relevant details from Klarna).

4. Advance payment (bank transfer) You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in the traditional way.

  • We will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation sent by email.

  • Important: Your order will only be shipped once payment has been received in our account. This may delay delivery by 1-2 business days.

Note regarding prices: All prices quoted are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately.
