Step-by-step instructions
We recommend using a food processor or bread maker.
Mix the ingredients : Mix 500g of baking mix with 7g of dry yeast, then add 140g of water, 350g of apple puree and 20g of olive oil.
Of course, fresh yeast can also be used.
Kneading dough : Knead well for at least 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms, then let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Forms : Dust hands and work surface with flour.
Shape the dough into a loaf and cut it several times with a knife.
Rest : Let the bread rise for at least 1 hour in a warm place (40°C in the oven).
Bake : Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.
Then allow to cool completely.
