Generally
Coconut cream is made from 100% coconut. It brings a touch of the exotic to your kitchen, whether mixed with water or used straight. The coconuts come from Sri Lanka. Freshly harvested and finely ground, they retain their full aroma – completely without additives. Depending on how you prepare it, the cream is a customizable alternative to coconut milk, coconut cream, or even coconut butter.

The coconut flesh is dried and then ground into a fine cream - completely without additives.

Preparation instructions
Simply mix coconut cream with twice the amount of water to make wonderful coconut milk, or use the cream on its own for cooking, e.g., as a substitute for cream. Since we don't use any additives, coconut fat may separate. The cream will soften or liquefy at around 25°C (77°F). Before use, knead the package well with your hands to make the mixture homogeneous and easy to use.
