Exotic coconut and freshly roasted hazelnuts combined with wonderfully ripe dates – this aromatic delight transforms breakfast bread, smoothies, muesli, and porridge. Its irresistibly nutty-sweet aroma also enhances desserts, sweets, and pastries. Liquid, spreadable, or solid? The oil in coconut butter has a very low melting point. Therefore, the butter is spreadable at cool room temperature, solid in the refrigerator, and almost liquid at around 23°C (73°F). You can easily adjust the consistency to suit your needs! If the butter solidifies again, the coconut oil may separate and form a white layer on top. Simply stir it back in.

Production
Rapunzel has been producing nut butters using a special process for over 40 years. The gentle roasting process brings out the full aroma of the hazelnuts. These are then finely ground together with exotic coconut flakes and fruity dates. This careful production guarantees you a unique taste!
