Generally
100% pure coconut flavor – this coconut butter, made from ground coconut flesh, is incredibly versatile in creative cooking and gives your dishes a wonderfully aromatic coconut note. Since we don't use any additives, coconut fat may separate. The coconut butter will soften or liquefy at around 25°C (77°F). Therefore, warm it briefly in a water bath and stir well before use.
Production
The coconuts are freed from their fibrous husk, opened, and the white flesh is extracted. This is then washed, blanched, grated, and dried. The grated coconut is then ground in two stages. The second grinding stage, using a colloid mill, ensures a homogeneous, fine, and pasty puree. Finally, the puree is filled into jars, sealed with lids and foil, and packaged.

For refining Asian dishes, for baking, as a spread, as a base for sauces and soups, for preparing smoothies, and for making desserts, chocolates, and fruit balls. Chilled and grated, it makes an aromatic topping. Do not use for frying.
