Flour mix for cakes & pancakes

Our flour blend is a versatile all-rounder that can be used for everything you would use regular flour for: cakes, pancakes, and cookies. The perfect base for lectin-free treats!

Simply replace familiar cake recipes with the lectin-free flour mix and adjust the amount of liquid if necessary. Feel free to check out some recipe suggestions right here.

Note: This flour mix is ​​not intended for making a rollable dough - but we already have a separate flour mix in development for that purpose.

Ingredients : Millet flour, cassava flour, tapioca starch.

All ingredients used are organic . However, for cost reasons, we have chosen not to obtain our own organic certification for the product itself.
