A delicately aromatic, vegan seasoning paste made from fresh Italian Celline and Leccine olives and high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Crema di Olive is also ideal for bruschetta and is lovingly produced in a family-run business in Italy.

Production
The ingredients are mixed, crushed, placed in jars and covered with 5-10 ml of olive oil.

use
Stir the crema into warm dishes such as fish and meat dishes or sauces, or use it cold as a seasoning. It's also delicious on toasted bread and with pasta, pizza, and salads.
