Production
The ingredients are mixed together, crushed, and bottled. A drizzle of olive oil is added to the surface of the product. To preserve it, the jars are briefly and gently heated.

Mix the pesto with the warm, freshly drained pasta without heating. It not only enhances pasta, but also pizza, salads, sauces, and tastes especially delicious on toasted bread or as a dip.
