The sun-ripened tomatoes are finely strained right there in Italy, giving the passata its wonderfully fruity and aromatic flavor. The tomatoes in this passata are 100% Italian.

Production
The tomatoes are washed fresh from the harvest in Italy, peeled, heated, and passed through a fine sieve. After being packed into Tetra Pak cartons, the product is heated again to preserve it.
